NCFU’s successful graduates will be listed in a special database for further assistance with employment. The database is being developed currently by the Career Development Center of NCFU.

– This initiative is aimed at implementing the strategy of positive economic scenario for the North Caucasus, – Dmitry Bondarev, Head of the Career Development Center said. – This will allow maintaining the labor force potential through offering employment to qualified experts in the same regions because we take into account the regional specifics, which helps us classify the graduates by the region they come from.

The database already contains data for over 500 graduates of 2020. In June, respective recommendation letters were circulated around the North Caucasus so that head of the respective areas could select the potential candidates they need the most.
