Prof. Ivan Evdokimov (NCFU) joined the ProdExpo-2023 – an international food show rated the first in Russia by the scale, professional interest and the market scope.

Besides, as the organizers note, the show in question is one of the world’s top ten food show projects, which explains the interest taken by NCFU, and this time it was Prof. Ivan Evdokimov who travelled to Moscow to attend the show.

– It is regional collective shows, which allow small and medium–sized businesses presenting their products to a huge audience of retail customers, the public sector and corporations, that are important in terms of promoting local brands, - Prof. Evdokimov was quoted as saying.

Besides, Prof. Evdokimov also joined the panel discussion focusing on PROMOTING OF RUSSIAN ORGANIC PRODUCT SALES: INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DEMAND, where NCFU’s numerous developments were presented, such as food lactulose and top-quality bakery products.
