The RAEX rating agency has developed lists of Russia’s best universities offering training in the fields of Natural Science and Engineering. The rankings are defined by three factors: the demand that graduates enjoy in the labor market, the level of education and research results.

The shortlist of the two rankings embraced over two hundred Russian universities, while the North-Caucasus Federal University rated 24^th in the field of Natural Science and Mathematics. As for the Engineering and technical training, NCFU was placed on the 37^th line out of 70.

– For the North-Caucasus Federal University, training offered to those to be further employed in the field of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, as well as in Engineering is one of the priority issues. We have always supplied highly qualified staff for the entire North Caucasus region, and since 2020, we have extended this activity embracing also senior schoolers, opening a Specialized Training and Research Center, – Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) was quoted as saying.
