The Global Aggregated Ranking system has placed the NCFU among the 10% of the world’s best universities. The ranking is designed by the Guild of Professional Education Experts. The ranking was presented on October 13, 2021, and is a rating of higher education institutions classified by the indices of 11 global and Russian ratings and one public database.

The ranking methodology is based on joining universities into leagues, with the following rankings involved into the aggregation: THE – Times Higher Education World University Rankings, QS World University Rankings, ARWU – Academic Ranking of World Universities, Moscow International Ranking THREE MISSIONS OF UNIVERSITY, US News – Best Global University Ranking, RUR – Round University Ranking, CWUR – The Center for World University Rankings, CWTS – Centre for Science and Technology Studies, SIR – Scimago institutions rankings, DEQAR – The Database of External Quality Assurance Results, URAP – University Ranking by Academic Performance.
