The national team of the North Caucasus Federal University and a team of employees of the Stavropol branch of Sberbank PJSC met in a friendly match at the new stadium of NCFU Burevestnik.

The NCFU student national team became the winner, showing excellent physical fitness and teamwork, but the Sberbank team was not inferior in tactical literacy and sports excitement. The score of the match was 4:2, and the match itself was an opportunity to strengthen partnerships. 

– Today's match is not just a game. This is our common step towards strengthening team spirit and long-term relationships. We are pleased that Sberbank's management has responded to the invitation, and we are confident that this meeting will mark the beginning of a good tradition of joint sporting events. The Burevestnik Stadium has brought friends together again," Mikhail Denisov, Head of the Physical Culture and Sports Department of the NCFU Educational Department, commented on the results of the meeting.

The match was held in a friendly but tense atmosphere. And the new Burevestnik stadium, opened on the eve of Russia Day, has already become the center of sports life not only at Stavropol university, but throughout the city. Equipped with running tracks and bleachers with 300 seats, it is suitable not only for friendly matches, but also for holding competitions of various formats. 

The friendly match with Sberbank confirmed that the university is open to new formats of interaction and is ready to develop partnership through sports, strengthening ties between education and the real sector of the economy.
