The North Caucasus Federal University continues to accept applications from first-year students for a place in a dormitory. The documents must be submitted by August 19, 2026.

The algorithm for applying to live in a NCFU dormitory is simple. First, on the NCFU official website, in the "Student" section, you need to open the "Dormitories" tab, where you can download a sample application.

Then the first-year student must fill out an application by hand or in electronic format. Be sure to put a personal signature. It is important that in the "Note" column you can specify the wishes for a place in a certain dormitory or with a certain person, as well as indicate siblings who study at NCFU and live in a dormitory.

You can send the documents from August 17 to August 19, 2026. It is enough to take a clear photo of the statement or translate it into PDF format, and then send the file by e-mail. dorm2026@ncfu.ru .

If a student belongs to a privileged category (orphans, disabled people of groups I-II, combat veterans and their children) or has other social grounds (large / poor / single-parent family, winner of All-Russian Olympiads, etc.), it is necessary to attach supporting documents to the letter.

On August 21, a commission review of all applications submitted in the remote format will take place, and specialists from the NCFU Center for accommodation and adaptation of residents will inform first-year students about the provision of a place in a student dormitory.
