The North Caucasus Federal University has taken a number of measures to support students from abroad who stayed in the university hostels for the summer period. In addition to the one-time payment, foreign students can go on weekend excursions.

Foreign students of NCFU who were unable to leave our country due to the difficult epidemiological situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, and who had to stay in university hostels for the summer, can apply for financial support.

Foreign full-time students studying on a budgetary and commercial basis can apply for one-time financial assistance. Applications are accepted until 12.08.2020.

Algorithm for submitting an application remotely:

• Send a scan (or high-quality photo) to e-mail otdel@ncfu.ru of the following:
• completed application with personal signature;
• passport with registration;
• TIN (if any);
• Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account /SNILS (if any);
• for students on a commercial basis: details (scan / photo) of a bank card (in the absence of a card, contact the branch of Sberbank of Russia to receive one).
• In the letter one must specify:
• Full name;
• institute, field of training, year of study, group;
• contact phone number.

Subject of the letter must be: «Hostel - material assistance».

Algorithm for submitting an application on paper:

• Submit to the address: Stavropol, 1 Pushkina Str, hostel № 1, office 3 or 2 Kulakova ave., hostel № 6, office 106 (Mon.-Fri. 9.00-18.00, lunch break: 13.00-14.00) the following:
• completed application with personal signature;
• carbon copy of passport with registration;
• carbon copy of TIN (if any);
• carbon copy of Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account /SNILS (if any);
• for students on a commercial basis: carbon copy of details of a bank card (in the absence of a card, contact the branch of Sberbank of Russia to receive one).
• Fill out the register of submission of documents for the provision of material support in the Department of Social Work.

In addition, in order to provide social support for students from foreign countries who stayed in the hostels of NCFU in the summer, weekend excursions are organized in Arkhyz and Dombay.
