Innovative Ice-Cream Formula Developed at NCFU
The newly developed ice-cream (carefully engineered by experts of the Faculty of Food Engineering and Biotechnology, NCFU), contains not conventional ingredients, yet exotic ones, such as chayote – also known as the Mexican cucumber.
Other ingredients include skimmed milk and diet whey, all this aiming to help people improve their heart, blood circulation system, as well as teeth.

As Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) noted, technological progress at the NCFU is not something of sporadic nature yet is carried out on a constant basis
The first batch of the new ice-cream is to be available soon in one of the cafes of Stavropol, while more and more business companies are takin interest. Enjoy it soon!
