North-Caucasus Federal University has joined the HeadHunter list of Russia’s top 50 academic institutions (2022-2023), taking Line 42 out of 411, which is an extremely high achievement given that even Moscow State University failed to be in top 10.

Besides, NCFU has proven the best among the academic institutions of the Stavropol Region and the fifth best among all the federal universities of Russia.

As NCFU management noted, our graduates do not always feel duly confident when fresh out of NCFU and, therefore, do not always seek the highest-paid jobs. However, the knowledge and skills they have will help them both go further, taking up not their salaries only yet also the image of NCFU.

– The key task for us is to improve and boost our students’ potential so that each graduate has a chance to find a dream job and grow high, – Svetlana Zenchenko (Director, Department for Development & Marketing, NCFU) noted.
