NCFU has launched complementary degree programs to enhance students’ digital skills, including in the area of AI.

The Digital Departments project started by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Digital Progress is part of the Prority-2023 program. Now students enjoy a chance to pursue – along with their 1^st major – another degree in IT.

Over 1500 of NCFU have already joined the training, which offers 11programs to select from.

– The refresher training programs have been developed jointly with our industrial partners in IT and rely on what potential employers need. It is notable that the market now shows demand for experts in AI and neuronets, and we can expect his trend to be growing only, which means we have to offer our students a chance to keep up with the trend and stand every chance to enjoy success in the labor market, – Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) was quoted as saying.

The program is being run in close cooperation with employer-companies, such as Stilsoft and Infocom-S.
