NCFU Students Win Karate Contest
NCFU students won three golds at the Shotokan Karate European Contest held in Serbia. Stanislav Kiryanov (Institute of Education & Social Science) won in the team kumite nomination, whereas Magdalina Chernienko (Institute of Law) got another 2 top medals.

NCFU Professor Attends Training at University of Heidelberg
Anna Istomina (Associate Professor, Institute of Education & Social Sciences) underwent training at Max Weber Institute of Sociology (University of Heidelberg) staying there September – November, 2018. The University of Heidelberg is the oldest institution in Germany and is one of the top three German universities according to the QS World University Rankings 2018/2019.

Foreign Student-2018 Comes from NCFU
The grand jury of the Student of the Year-2018 contest held in Kazan, Russia, made their choice selecting the best from the best. NCFU’s representatives were three students – Alexey Savchenko and Levi Musonda (Institute of Life Science) and Lyudmila Kiryukhina (Institute of Law), with the title of Foreign Student-2018 was duly awarded to Levi Musonda.
