The North Caucasus Federal University (Russia) together with the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) organize the International Scientific Conference on Information Technologies in Pedagogical Research «Innovative Approaches to the Application of Digital Technologies in Education and Research» from May 20 to May 23, 2019. The conference will be held in the form of an active discussion with the involvement of Russian and foreign scientists, who have experience in conducting basic and applied scientific research.

The terms of participation

Undergraduates, graduate students and scientists engaged in research in the field of information and digital technologies in science and education are invite to participate.

The authors should submit their papers of at least 10 pages in English (number of coauthors: no more than4). Submitted papers will be reviewed by two reviewers to achieve high quality of accepted papers.


Work publication

Accepted papers will be published in an electronic publication indexed in the Scopus database.

Preliminary conference program

The main events and section meetings will be held at the North Caucasus Federal University (Stavropol) from May 20 to May 21, 2019. Conference will be continue in the ski resort in Dombay from May 21 to May 23, 2019.

  • May 19, 2019 – arrival of the conference participants
  • May 20, 2019 – work of the conference in Stavropol (plenary and sessions)
  • May 21, 2019 – sessions, lunch, departure to the Dombay
  • May 22, 2019 – sessions, excursion
  • May 23, 2019 – sessions, return to Stavropol
  • May 24, 2019 – departure of conference participants

Registrationt fee

Registration fee for participation in the conference is 250 Euro.

It includes the cost of:

  • review and publication of the paper in an electronic publication indexed in the Scopus database;
  • participation in the plenary and sessions;
  • a set of handouts;
  • refreshments during coffee-breaks, lunches;
  • conference dinner.

Details about the payment of the registration fee and methods of payment will be send to the participants after the successful review of their article.
