Program goal: Training highly qualified future specialists in construction and design, implementation and supporting, and expertise of technological equipment and processes in food industry, bio-products and pharmaceuticals in relation to their correspondence to the world hygienic and safety requirements. In addition, the programme is oriented on the training of researchers in field of computer modeling and food processes optimization as well as design and testing of the new or modified features of equipment and technological chain to prevent any kinds of food contamination. The core of the programme consist of the special courses that have been modified according to the new investigations in field of food safety and hygiene and based on the advanced regulations and guidelines established by EHEDG and ISO.
