The first cycle winners have been announced for the professional academic mobility contest, and 2 of the are the NCFU representatives.
The Academic Force contest held by the Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation is aimed at offering support to professional mobility of experts employed in most diverse areas, including those working on enhancing the professional competencies of teachers involved in Master’s degree training in Russian universities. The contest includes several cycles, with 41 applications from 26 universities of Russia submitted this year.
AS the first cycle is over, NCFU’s teachers have proven to be among the winners – all in all there were 11 applications submitted from the NCFU, whereas the winners were Svetlana Zenchenko (Dr. of Economic Science; Acting Assistant Director for International Activities, Institute of Economics & Management, NCFU) and Elena Tereschenko (Head of Dept for Legal Culture and Huan Rights Protection, Institute of Law, NCFU).
– Here, at the contest, we had a great chance to learn successful experience and advanced educational technologies that can be effectively employed in Master’s degree training. I, actually, have enhanced my knowledge in strategic management, academic project design, and work with various audiences, – Dr. Zenchenko was quoted as saying.
Now, the winners from the NCFU are to undergo field placement in the partner-universities – the University of Trento and the University of La Sapienza in Rome (Italy).
