NCFU Students – Winners at Russian National Entrepreneurship History Contest
Victoria Marchenko and Pavel Margiev (students, NCFU) have joined the pool of winners at the Russian National Entrepreneurship History Contest, the results of which were announced at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The contest was held in order to support the National project of SMALL- AND MID-SCALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP, the purpose of that being involving students into researching and promoting Russian entrepreneurship.
Victoria Marchenko won a silver in the History of Industries Development nomination with her essay focusing on viticulture and winemaking in the North Caucasus during the time of the Russian Empire, whereas Pavel Margiev got a bronze in the Women’s Entrepreneurship in Pre-Revolutionary Russia nomination.
The award ceremony included a special speech from Boris Obolenets (President, Trade & Commerce Chamber of Stavropol Region), after which the winners got their respective certificates, while their essays will be published in the volume of the best works.
