NCFU has launched Breakfast Meetings – a new type of interaction between the top management of the university and the staff. The first guest to be invited is Oksana Mezentseva (Acting Pro-Rector for Academic Affairs).
The Breakfast Meeting proved rather casual, while the points discussed were those that are of great interest to all the teaching staff – from the issues that all teachers in Russia have to face to NCFU’s competitive advantage compared other academic institutions and the international links as well as the development prospects in view of the digitization.
– We are promoting actively the digital infrastructure of our university, and we have started automating all processes that will make both our teachers’ and students’ life more comfortable, – Oksana Mezentseva noted.
The Breakfast Meeting was an initiative proposed by the NCFU Center for Staff Development, the purpose of the project being establishing interaction between the management and the teaching staff.
– This is not just a meeting but a new type of discussion focusing on the issues that are the most relevant and meaningful to our teachers. I believe the meeting will not turn into a tradition yet will also have a positive effect, – Veronika Katovich (Head, Center for Staff Development, NCFU) was quoted as saying.
