Date of material placement: 25-10-2017, 10:35.

One of the key tasks for the NCFU is to present itself in the largest rating system of the QS Agency (Quacquarelli Symonds).

Given the geopolitical coverage as well as its multidisciplinary structure, the NCFU belongs to the QS WUR ratings, QS Subject Rankings, as well as to the regional ratings of the QS EECA (Emerging Europe and Central Asia), and the QS BRICS ratings.

On October 16, 2017 the regional ratings came out within the rating of QS (QS University Rankings: Emerging Europe and Central Asia (EECA) 2018), and the NCFU was for the first time included in the list of the best universities in the region (holding a line between 201 and 250).

This year 2,938 universities were evaluated where the NCFU got into the 6.8 % of the best ones holding the 64 place from among 97 Russian universities joining the rating.

The NCFU revealed good results on aspects like the number of teachers holding scientific degrees, the student-faculty rate, and the number of foreign teachers and students.
