Two students of the NCFU – Sergey Maschenko and Stanislav Kiryanov (Institute of Education & Social Science) were part of the Russian national team showing their best and stunning the British team with a tremendous victory. Besides, Srergey also won the individual kumite contest leaving no chance to his rivals.

- That was a long preparation for the contest, so the victory will make us especially happy. All in all I had 13 fights and all I was thinking about was to defend my title. And I’ve made it! – Sergey Maschenko was quoted as saying.

Congratulations, folks and pass all your contests with flying colors!
