The event brought together foreign experts, too, who came from Belarus, Latvia, Tajikistan, etc.

The Russian national conferences on magnetic fluids have already got a long history being held regularly since 1977 in places all over Russia. Besides, various issues of the same area are the focus for regular discussion internationally – in Rumania, Latvia, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Slovakia and other countries. This is due to the fact that the unique properties of magnetic fluids make them good to be employed in a wide range of applications – from medicine to aeronautics, so some articles from volume of the conference are to be published in Web of Science journals.

The conference includes various activities – plenary speeches, session work, stand presentations, round-table discussions, and tours. The working languages Russian and English.
