The year of 2017 is coming closer, and each of us is hoping for positive change, no matter what our jobs, religions or social statuses are. And this is natural as New Year is the only event in the world that joins people all over the world, and has always joined through history.

Stavropol Parliament held a special event to award the citizens who had made significant contributions in the development of the regional center.
