NCFU Scientists at International Food Exhibition

Representatives of NCFU attended the XVIII International Exhibition for Food Equipment, Technology, and Packaging, which was held in Krasnodar.

Over 100 companies of 12 countries presented their achievements at the event, where the whole area was divided into 5 fields: Standardization & Metrology; Food Equipment; Processing Equipment; Food materials and Ingredients; Equipment & Materials for Food and Processing Industry.

The NCFU’s innovative progress was presented by Natalya Oboturova (Assoc. Prof., Dept for Technology of Meat and Canning, Institute of Life Science), and Andrey Nagdalyan (Assistant). The technologies offered for non-thermal foods processing and water evoked a lot of interest among various companies. Besides, the representatives of NCFU discussed potential cooperation with companies of Krasnodar, Rostov, St. Petersburg, and Khabarovsk.
