A field placement held as part of the cooperation between the NCFU and the Universities of Belarus was successfully finished. Stavropol hosted students of the University of Minsk while the students of the Department of Project and Innovation Management had their studies in Minsk (Belarus).

The North-Caucasus federal University has started preparations for the summer holiday campaign – each year the NCFU Administration distributes holiday trips among the best full-time students who are actively involved in scientific, public, sports, and extracurricular activities.

Stavropol (DYNAMO Stadium) hosted the Rector’s Cup Athletics Contest for the NCFU teams. The absolute winner this time was the Institute of Education and Social Sciences. The sportsmen got their certificates and diplomas while the best ones (Oleg Shabokhin and Maria Churilova) were awarded special prizes.

Once again the NCFU opened its doors welcoming everyone at the PIKET Hotel (Kislovodsk), and people of the entire region came to know more about the University.

For entire April the Institute of Mathematics and Natural Sciences has been holding "good campaigns” initiated by the Department for educational activities together with the students.

The Theatre Studio of NCFU had its first night of Alice in Wonderland (by Lewis Carroll). Tell me a tale, little Alice is asking her Dad, and here it is – dark gives way to some mystery light, and there is a lop-eared Rabbit and not Dad anymore, and then he disappears, too…

A delegation of Institute of Life Sciences visited Belarus State University (BSU, Minsk). They came back with an agreement signed between the NCFU and the BSU, which implies mutual teacher exchange to deliver lectures and training and joint research projects.
