Meeting of the working group took place in the conference hall of NCFU Academic Board on May 14. Its purpose is to organize the All-Russian Student Forum "On future without positions and ties” since March to November 2013. Director of the Department of Additional Education for Children, Upbringing and Youth Policy of the Ministry for Education and Science of the Russian Federation Alexander Stradze came to Stavropol to hold the meeting. Rector of NCFU Alina Levitskaya, Chairman of Stavropol region Committee on the Youth Irina Shatskaya, representatives of the Ministries for Education and Science, Committees on the Youth and universities of the republics of the North-Caucasus Federal District took part in the meeting.

One of the largest communicative platforms in Russia for people, who enter big life, will work in November 2013 in St. Petersburg. Local forums, such as North-Caucasus "Mashuk”, are like a special preparation for the main meeting of talents or one of its stages. The Government of the Russian Federation attaches special importance to it. The North-Caucasus Federal District is the territory with the highest percent of the population at the age of less than 30. Therefore, it is the very place where the model shall be worked out and used as the sample for the similar meetings in other federal districts.

The basic institution of higher education is practically established in each region of the Russian Federation. It will finalize the offered projects and take part in forming of a team of its republic, krai, oblast, in cooperation with state authorities on science and education and also committees on the youth for the local forum. North-Caucasus Federal University is the basic institution of higher education in our federal district.

Alexander Stradze pointed out the main task of the event that would be solved at forums of different levels: to engage the most gifted young people in a future profession. Development and defence of your projects will let you become a real professional and join a real sector of economy. Four nominations are offered: "Scientific impulse”; "No limits” (development of projects in spheres of the Internet and virtual technologies, all ideas in an area without limits); "Environment development” (creative ideas, proposals on development of social and cultural technologies); "New competences” (improvement of education quality, volunteer movement). The fifth nomination is "The highest league”. It will unite those who have already got the experience of implementation of their projects.

The final of the All-Russian Forum will include educational programmes, debating clubs. The most important is the public defence of projects. St. Petersburg will witness the meeting of the youth elite of the country and politicians, state officials, entrepreneurs and other people from production sphere, expert community of the country.

Representatives of all regions of the North-Caucasus Federal District took part in the detailed discussion of all questions on cooperation between the organizers of "Mashuk-2013”. The special attention was paid to participation of senior pupils, students of institutions of secondary vocational education, young workers and young people from rural areas in student forums. The main task for participants was to engage as many young people as possible, to make gifted young people of the same age communicate by means of such events and also to stimulate thirst for knowledge and to raise the education level.
