At the present moment employers are seeking for such specialists. NCFU is ready to help to create profession-oriented classes. First Pro-Rector pointed out that NCFU offered pupils to take part in Olympics. The university is recognized as the basic institution of higher education in the North-Caucasus Federal District to hold many intelligent competitions. D. Sumskoy briefly described possible cooperation of educational institutions at different levels.

Head of Department for Career Guidance and Academic Olympics, T.V. Poshtareva told that the university had been informing young people and their parents from different districts of Stavropol region about opportunities of studying at NCFU. "Weeks of North-Caucasus Federal University” at schools, Open Door Days of NCFU and each institute, meetings with employers, parent associations, regional competitions and Olympics, participation in which is the door to the world of science, schools under institutes and courses "Young Journalist”, "Young Lawyer” and others, testing is not the complete list of activities carried out by the university to provide as many young people as possible with the opportunity of getting qualitative and perspective education. Then they discussed the problem of gifted and prepared prospective students who had been going to the capital institutions of higher education. Since the establishment of NCFU in Stavropol one can get education at the level of many institutions of higher education in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. But life in a big city, which is full of temptations, far from parents is rather dangerous. On the other hand, will be excellent education provided by the federal university in demand in situ? An important argument for studying at NCFU was the information about signed agreements on exchange of students and teachers between NCFU and universities of Italy, France, Germany, six federal universities of Russia announced by Pro-Rector for Academic Affairs and Development, A.N. Karkishchenko. A student has the opportunity to study in Paris, Dresden or the Far East for a month or two or the whole semester. Professors from Rome or Liege will give lectures at institutes of Stavropol region. "It is very important to study foreign languages. One cannot use the opportunities of the modern system of open education without this knowledge”, he said.
